The company’s core businesses encompass property development and leasing, international investments, as well as waste management and recycling solutions.
To echo with government’s Belt and Road Initiative, Shanghai North Bund has extended its property businesses and capital investment to HKSAR and actively develop the oversea markets. Meanwhile, our parent company is engaged in a renewable resource project which has subsumed under the Shanghai Municipal Government’s key project for waste sorting and separation.

Many countries around the world are facing problems with excess waste. China is one of the countries that produces most wastes, with a total annual waste of over 400 million tons.
As the first city in China to implement waste sorting, Shanghai is a pioneer in waste separation and resource recycling, aiming to effectively treat urban waste, thereby promoting recycling and reducing overall waste.
The renewable resources project of China North Bund is one of the key projects of government’s program. The company hopes to reduce the cost of the earth’s energy and manufacturing supplies through recycling of renewable resources.

Many countries around the world are facing problems with excess waste. China is the world’s biggest garbage-producing country, with more than 400 million tonnes of household waste produced every year.
As the first city in China to implement waste sorting, Shanghai is a pioneer in waste separation and resource recycling. The city aims at developing an effective municipal waste management as a mean to encourage recycle and reduce the amount of municipal waste production.
At the moment, our parent company is working on a renewable resources project under the new waste disposal system imposed by the Shanghai government. By developing strategies for re-use, recycling, collection and disposal of waste, we hope to reduce the consumption of natural resource as well as pollution for a better environment.
